Normally we prefer a two-room or
two-night minimum booking, but please call
as we may can accommodate a shorter stay for you.

ROOM RATES:

$ 135 Master bedroom per night

$ 120 for Twin bed bedroom per night
(same price for single or double occupancy)

Serving Breakfast Entrees such as fresh
Orange-Strawberry compote on Croissant
French Toast, Asparagus & Mushroom
Quiche and Thick Country Bacon
with brown sugar twist...
(We will also try to accommodate
special dietary needs.)

For our Non-Gourmet Breakfast rate,
reduce the price of room by $10.
(This includes 'serve yourself'
Coffee, hot tea or Juice
with our wonderful scones.)

For Evening time ~ Cheese and fruit
plate available with a complimentary
bottle of wine
$ 20 ~ serves two

For groups that prefer additional meals
such a simple sandwich lunch, or a more elegant
Tea-room style luncheon, or light suppers to
formal dinners, please inquire.

We are a licensed food establishment ~
we love to serve wonderful food!

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS

For Group reservations:
30 % Deposit will be taken
over the phone by credit card
when you reserve your rooms.

Cancellations ~ For Group
reservations your deposit will be refunded
if rooms are cancelled within 45 days
in advance of stay, less a $ 50 booking fee.
No refunds of deposit after this time.

6% Hotel tax added at checkout.

Connected to sitting room with a twin
bedroom on other side of sitting room,
which makes a perfect suite for
a family of three or four.

Twin Bedroom downstairs

Garden quilts in pink and green, lace curtains...
This is our only room without a private bath
directly attached,
guests use the pretty and large
guest bath off the living room.

Master Bedroom upstairs

Queen size bed, private bath with shower,
has a sitting area in the bedroom.
Soft green, light pink accent linens

Lavender-Blue, upstairs

Twin size beds with private bath with shower,
lovely light & soothing color palette in very soft
blues and light lavender
(the little girl in you will love this room!)

French Country Yellow, upstairs

Twin size beds with private bath with shower
Soft, pale yellow walls, gold linens

We use high quality linens, comforters, towels & pillows.

Breakfast ~
normally served at 8:00 or 8:30 ~
or a bit later on Sunday if desired
